How is much is delivery?

Our UK Mainland standard delivery cost is £5.99 (excluding Scottish Offshore and Remote Scottish Mainland) 
We offer FREE DELIVERY on all UK Mainland orders over £39.99

For delivery outside of UK Mainland, please contact us for your delivery zone price.

Can I collect?

We offer FREE Click & Collect on pre-orders. 

Free collection can be made from our office on Fridays only 12 noon - 4pm (excluding Bank Holiday and Seasonal closures). If you need your order sooner, please contact our office on 01885 489812 ext. 1. No cider is kept at the office so collection is available to pre-orders only to ensure we have your order ready.

The collection point is our office at Marches Bottling & Packaging, Unit 6 Porthouse Business Centre, Bromyard, Herefordshire, HR7 4FL.
When will I get my cider?
Orders are processed, picked and dispatched between the following times: Monday - Friday 9am - 4pm, excluding bank holiday and published dates of closure.
Once we receive your order, we aim to dispatch within 48 hours. We'll try and get your cider picked, packed and dispatched to you super fast. Keep a look out for your dispatch notification!

Our couriers deliver our delicious drops Monday-Friday (excluding bank holidays). Please allow 72 hours from point of dispatch, delivery should be quicker but occasionally delays can be experienced, particularly during holiday periods and bank holidays.

As we use a courier to deliver goods, it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that someone over the age of 18 is available to accept the order. With regards to deliveries, if no-one is in, the courier will attempt delivery twice and leave a card. After this time, if order can’t be delivered the goods will be returned to Celtic Marches. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery instructions or no response to cards we will issue a refund for the goods minus the carriage costs. Safe place instruction can be added to the order, but this is at the customer’s own risk. If you wish to add delivery instructions, please do so in the ‘notes’ section of the order.
